Our American plan is available with or without boat rental and includes buffet style breakfast and dinner with either shore lunch or a “picnic style” lunch by customer choice.

Price with boat rental is $159.00 person/day US (based on 3 in boat, add $15 per person for 2)

Price without boat is $129.00 person/day US

HOUSEKEEPING

We have added a  basic kitchen to one of the guest units. Be aware that this is a limited offering and is based on availability. 

Price with boat rental is $109.00 person/day US (based on 3 in boat, add $15/person for 2)

Price without boat is $79 person/day US.

Guides
$160.00 per day for 2 person plus $15.00 for each additional person.

DISCOUNTS

We offer a 25% discount to children under 16 (with birth certificate).

We offer a 10% discount after the 7^th day.

Only 1 discount offered per party.

PETS

We know that many folks choose to travel with pets and would like to accommodate them without compromising our facilities and the enjoyment of our other guests. All pets will remain kenneled when unattended indoors and not allowed to roam free when outdoors. There are many hazards on the island and we can’t be responsible for pets allowed to wonder about.

Please inform us of all pets for approval. Do no assume that yours will be accepted.

Any pet that is aggressive, destructive or disruptive will be evicted from the island without discussion. Pet owners are responsible for all damages incurred and clean up.

Please be aware that the strange sights, sounds, and smells may influence your pet’s behavior. We often hear “He/she never does this at home!”

Our pet fee is $50.00 US/pet/visit.

Damage deposit of $100/pet will be mailed to pet owner after full inspection
